Preparatory Level

Preparatory Level = Group for Personal Development / Group for Self-experience with Psychodrama / Group for Development of Personal Potential

The group is intended for professionals in the helping professions, as well as anyone who wants to develop his personal potential.

Participation in such a group provides an opportunity for deeper self-understanding and selfreflection, development and improvement of own personality and relationships with others and gaining experience of group work. Participants have the opportunity to explore their strengths and weaknesses as well as their internal balance between independence and connectivity, sacrifice for others and self-care, emotionality and rationality, autonomy and togetherness. This group can actually begin or catalyze the process of personality growth, maturation, development and improvement of the personality potential that continues throughout life.

Active work in such a group is a prerequisite for psychodrama training.

This is not a therapeutic group, as it has no therapeutic purposes, but its members work with their own experiences. They develop their communication skills needed in the helping professions, skills for giving and accepting positive and negative feedback, cooperation and constructive confrontation, balance between empathy and assurtivness.

The main method of work is psychodrama.

The work is in a closed group of 8-15 participants.

Duration of the group: 240 teaching hours (45 minutes each), divided into 12 working weekends of 20 hours (one weekend per month).

Members join the group after an admission interview; the date and time of the interview are arranged by phone.

Working hours of the group: Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 18:10

Certificate of participation will be issued to those who complete the entire course.
